"I wish I could give the office staff five stars, as they feel more like my agent than the Jennifer Hawkins name on the door. I have been a client of hers for two years after moving to the area from CA and have never seen her in office, talked to her or had an email returned. I have a great rapport with her staff though, and feel like they are being taken advantage of by doing all the work for an incredibly lazy agent. I'll be moving to another agent when my policy term is up in the spring, and hope that her staff moves on to an agent that appreciates their work."

"I have been with Jennifer’s amazing office & staff for almost 2 years& they make my life smooth. I transitioned apartments with my renter’s & car insurance with ease. "Jennifer and Amanda are so patient and informative in explaining policies and benefits! I’ve been in the office twice, and both times they were willing to play with quotes and show me the differences that different discounts and care plans made. I tried some quotes for auto insurance from other companies, and the prices were always higher; I think and I’ve been told by others more experienced that I got a great deal from Statefarm. As a young person, I appreciate the in-person experience right outside my neighborhood to understand the benefits and get help when I need it. (Cheesy, but there’s a reason for their mantra “like a good neighbor, Statefarm is there”—it makes sense there’s so many offices.) I’d recommend Statefarm to any young person because of that and the price with the available discounts. I’m grateful for my friend who recommended it to me."
