"I had a great experience working with Jennifer while looking for disease insurance. From the beginning, she was very friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. She took her time explaining the different coverage options, what was included, and how the insurance would actually help in case of a serious illness.
What I appreciated most was that Jennifer never made me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. She answered all of my questions clearly and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. The whole process was much easier than I expected.
